Submit a Poster

Add your spark and make your mark on the educational experience at the Georgia Solar Farm Summit by submitting a poster to be displayed on-site during the conference! Nowhere else will your ideas seed such a fertile and engaged audience of solar energy, economic development and environmental stewardship professionals, as well as many novices and students. This is your chance to showcase your work in the 2026 Georgia Solar Farm Summit program, which will be displayed in the Poster Gallery throughout the duration of the event, if selected. 

The intention of the Poster Gallery is to display and disseminate the state of the ground-mounted solar, including academic research, private innovation, real world problem-solving, and best practices; but, importantly, not including marketing posters or enlarged flyers. Submissions that are based on advertisements, specific products, or branded services will not be selected.

If selected, one poster representative may receive complimentary registration to attend and a time scheduled during the Poster Exposition to discuss their poster and field questions, as in a dissertation defense.

The Georgia Solar Farm Summit is committed to building a diverse and inclusive industry, and we strongly encourage submissions from women, people of color, underrepresented groups, and environmental justice communities in rural and urban areas alike.
